Wine sleuth

Leave it to Professor Bainbridge to catch an egregious gastronomic error.

It reminds me of "Diamonds are Forever" when Bond finally disposed of the two henchmen. One of them offered Bond and Plenty a bottle of Mouton Rothschild '55. Bond replied, "The wine is quite excellent. Although for such a grand meal I had rather expected a claret." The henchman apologized that they're poorly stocked with clarets. Then Bond called the bluff: "Mouton Rothschild is a claret. And I’ve smelled that after-shave before, and both times I’ve smelled a rat!"

Salud, Professor.
