Everybody got a tax cut

Steve Antler has a couple of illustrative graphs at EconoPundit showing federal tax rates for each quintile, from 1979 through 2002, based on data from the Congressional Budget Office.

Maybe it's my astigmatism, but Dr. Antler seems right to conclude that the tax cuts kept everything progressive.
